The people who fill in the form on this site have usually read the fee schedule first. That makes for a shorter sales conversation and a better-qualified enquiry.

Enquiries arrive with the city, entity type, foreign ownership percentage, foreign headcount and a contact method. No enquiry is sold to more than a small number of firms, and no firm can pay to change a published fee figure on this site.

What we ask of a listed firm

  • A valid Saudi commercial registration number, which we check before any enquiry is passed on.
  • Quotes that separate government fees from your service fee. That is the whole premise of this site.
  • No fixed investment licence fee quoted as a ministry charge, because the ministry's guide says the amount is set by the ministry on approval.
  • A named contact who answers enquiries within two working days.

Why the enquiries are different

Page one for Saudi company setup is entirely consultancies, which means investors arrive at a quote without any neutral reference for what a ministry actually charges. This site gives them that reference: the establishment fee of SAR 1,200 for an LLC, SAR 500 for publication, 15% VAT, and the annual confirmation of SAR 1,200 that lands the following year.

Firms that already itemise tend to like this. The comparison stops being about who looks cheapest and starts being about what is included.

What it costs
